Nobuling Rigter College is one of the only two private colleges in Bhutan. Nestled in the meadows of Paro, the college had so many existing structures from erstwhile Kuengaa School. We proposed additional facilities like hostel, classroom, lecture theatre, auditorium, sports field, etc.

On top of the existing structure, we also proposed an iconic structure which could serve as a ceremonial plaza.
